185/365 - Fireworks

Today is the 4th of July! Independence Day!!

My family always gathers for fireworks near my parent's home. It's just a short walk away, and we generally get a great spot. Yep, little (and sometimes not so little) pieces of ash and debris fall on us. So fun!

Tonight, we celebrated Mother's Day by going with my family to dinner and the theater.

Here is a picture of the view of the river from the theater's lobby. Gorgeous!

I had a lovely Easter spent with my family.

Nothing crazy.

Brunch.

Easter egg hunt.

Decorating Easter eggs.

Lots and lots of Easter candy.

Everyone left but my parents (obviously, cuz it was at their house), Jasper and me by 6:30pm, so the rest of the evening was spent talking - just the 4 of us.

It was really nice.

This picture doesn't have anything to do with Easter, but I thought it was cute how Sallie snuggled up with my parent's dog.

Before the St Patrick's Party, Jasper and I hung out in my sister's hotel room for a bit. There was a really cool mirror, and I thought it made for a fun picture.
