55/365 - Tilapia

For dinner tonight, I tried my hand at making fish. I'd gotten a recipe in my Inbox for Pecan-crusted Tilapia, which I thought sounded yummy. I was actually very pleased with the way this turned out. :)

I'm actually finding that I don't really mind mild, white, flaky fish too much. Tilapia, sea bass, walleye are a few I've tried in the past couple of months. Yummy! Jasper does have some issues with the texture of the fish. He said he wouldn't mind it as much if there was a bit more breading on the fillets to help change the texture a bit.
