I stumbled upon this sign the other day while walking to work.
I'm sure it's not a new sign, but I just noticed it.

Is this sign necessary?
Do we really need a SIGN to tell police officers not to block the sidewalk?

LOL: or do they mean that police vehicles do not block sidewalks.... meaning they can park on them.

H, I neglected to mention this sign is right outside city hall. :) It would be like having the sign you describe outside a dog park. ;)
ReplyDeleteAll the cops in my neighborhood park in "No Parking Zones" for lunch unless the firetrucks beat them to it.

ReplyDeleteI work near city hall. City workers drive me nuts. They just park in the middle of the street on 4th St. The police also park wherever they want (unless it is marked like this). Go figure. It would be nice to park my car anywhere I find space.

@Rossz, That's hilarious. I guess the signs really are necessary then. Damn. :( Have you seen when they leave their cars unattended AND running? Now that really fucking annoys me.
